Qais, I am sorry I couldn't attend the meeting due to some unavoidable domestic issue. I am however in the club.

I personally thank to all who attended the meeting and made it successful. It was a wonderful evening.

Our next meeting is going to be on 19th Feb 2011.

Toastmasters Activities are voluntary activities, expenses will be shared by all the attendees.

I have intimated Toastmaster International USA about our new club. They have responded to it positively and assigned one of their senior officials in Qatar to coordinate with me.

Friends I am sure that we are going to have our formal meeting really soon.

But before we meet formally I want to ask all of you that are interested in forming this club, to have an informal meeting at a convenient place where we can get to know each other and I will be more than happy to give you brief about Toastmaster Activities.
