No STICKER but Charged Traffic Fine?
When i checked the moi website for my friend Last month, found 2 fines at different date interval charged for "parking the car at non designated areas".
He was astonished that for both the dates & timing specified in the report, his car was at his office parking slot & he had never received any STICKER from police. But with no other option, due to the fact he should travel for his vacation at end Nov, he approach the nearby airport traffic dept where they refused accepting his fine payment and asked him to go to Madina Khalifa Trafic dept. The reason makes him faint. They told him that there were 3+3=6 points marked at his Driving license, while he was extremely precautious on road.
With lots of arguments with Radar section he failed to prove his innocence as no one speaks english. He left the country with loads of frustration as he is strongly believed that he is totally innocent.
Does anyone face these kinds of problems? At above circumstances what one should do?
