If an employee terminated during his work period by his employer even after finding no guilty, will he get NOC from the employer to join in other company ?

Edwin, How is it possible my friend ? If we get kicked liked that ........ to whom would we go & ask for NOC ? ............ Pray hard ............ change your track ............. look for some new places like Dubai or Muscat after a short stay at your home place ........... wish you good luck .............
