offer is it enough?

hello,
my husband got an offer and these are the following benefits: all in AED/monthly

basic-15,000
accommodation-4,500
furniture & utility-2,000
conveyance-1,500
bunos-2,000
vacation/ticket-hubby, me, children up to age of 18 (economy class) (no children yet) so me and hubby only
social stat-visa family
medical treatment- hubby, me, and children up to age of 18 will be covered by Med. Insurance. Company will pay 75% premium and 25% will be ours.
Another bunos as per every year.

Is this a good offer?

As of now, this offer that is standing is looking decent, just that it can be answered better if the position in the new offer and the experrience of your hubby can bemade clear...but as of now, this is for Qatar right, if it is for Qatar it is standing decent maybe just that the Accomodation allowance could go upto QR / AED 7,000/- that can be handy...
