Friends,
in my Previous post i was discussing why Qatar is not having its shops online or people are not having their personal web sites and i received lots of answers/advices/suggestions/reactions.
I am a software guy and i love my job. with the kind of replies i got to know that people are having assumptions and perceptions about web site.
So here what i am going to offer.
If anyone interested in putting up his/her website online, let me know and i will do it for free. I will not ask for any money.
You use the site for 3 months and still feels that the site is useless for you then i will simply put down the site.
If you feel it's benefiting for you then you can pay the domain name and web space purchase price. i will not ask for any money for my efforts. that's simply as a hobby for me to utilize my free time in some constructive work.

QL Site is built on drupal and i am sure there are lots of layout features it is having. If the admin of this site thought to keep it in this way then they must have a solid reason for it.
As for me, changing the skin (the layout) is not a big task. it won't take much time. If you are the Admin and having the adminstrative privileges then sure we can do it anytime you ask for it.
At least some people do not demand cash for their talent, thanks fireheartin.
I was wondering if we could change the QL site layout, and fireheartin would be in charge ;)

Hey! super.. if its in my hand i can do it forever.. but you know.. the domain name and web space need to purchage. and i can't buy for everyone.
well, if you want a shared domain name then it could be free for life.
but then you will get many other good features.. like your own email id.. kind of.. [email protected]

Magic, ...drupal is not a programming environment. Its kind of framework for CMS (content management system). The technology lies benith is LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP) or its varient.

i can do.. but though using torrents is legal, the kind of movies files shared there are not legal there.
they moved their server many times and their hardware got confiscated many times. They have lots of legal cases on them. I am sure you don't want to go in that kind of problems unless you have a big lawyers team backing up to you.
they are making million and can afford it.
if you want the pirates bay kind of look and functionality.. it can be done in 3 days. then it's up to you.. how you want to use it, just like a forum or like a file sharing system.
