Paying for Tourist Visa

Hi All

I will finally be traveling to Doha on Thursday!! I know that I can buy my tourist visa upon arrival, the only problem is method of payment.

Can I buy Qatari riyals in Europe?

Will they accept American dollars in lieu of riyals?

Is there an ATM machine or bank in the arrival hall?

Any info would be much appreciated.

The easiest way is to pay by credit card which is what I tell my visitors to do.
