PC ONE bad treatment-what about after sale?

Why in Doha there isn't any solid understanding for customer service... or even after sale service???

Isn't that the customer is always right!!
I bought last week an IPOD charger from the PC ONE in Salwa road, yesterday when I tried to plug it out from my car's lighter jack .. it scattered!!!

when I went today to the company the sales man said it is my fault and this is not under the warranty-as if there is any- and he suggested thats I broke it intentionally!!!! why the hell I will do that!

How come they miss treated the customers like this! do they think thats we are stupid or what??
or just we have to be a Qatari then they will take us seriously?

How can the customer check the item he purchased especially if it's for the car's cigarette lighter charger of the ipod?

The best way when buying is to ask first if there is warranty for the product. in his case, he should kept the Fatura or receipt when presenting damaged item. You have a strong chance of replacement when the item is within 24 hours since purchased. good luck

Before leaving PC One, better to check the item you bought from them. They are just good in talking. Their after sales and support is the worst. I'm not sure but I have a doubt that they are reselling some returned back defective items.
