If you have bought a property on the Pearl development don't get too excited.

Have you been informed yet that your connection fees are between 500 and 600QAR per squire metre?? For my apartment this is an amount of 150,000.00 that i have to pay before moving in. This is also an amount that i was never imformed about.

I've gone from being sooooooo excited to own my very first apartment to living a nightmare. What other costs have they not told me about?

This will be the beginning of financial ruin for many a person. I encourage you to stand up to these prices as i have been. Write letters of complaint to your developer, UDC and Qatar Cool. Tell as many people as you can. We can not allow them to get away with this. United we stand a chance.
