Going green to save the environment with the new cycle meant for couples and you can also get a little exercise while on the shopping trip and grab some attention too

well me and my brothers cycled around on our own all over doha for the best part of 18 years until we got our hands on licences and mom's car..we are all still around by god's grace. not saying its not risky but its not suicidal either

Any cyclist or pedestrian in this city is dancing with death.

great how one can find a pic to illustrate one's point with a few clicks/keystrokes eh?..thank god for the internet and google..doesn't bear thinking how they got by before it became commonplace:-)

I still wonder why the pedestrian crossings at the corniche without the traffic lights are there.

you might as well play frogger anywhere else on the corniche.

lol yeah agree about that..i let pedestrians cross without exception but with fellow drivers, it depends on how they behave..some people just act cocky and try to barge their way in..which is when i act low myself lol..mostly though, people are nice so we should be nice as well:-)

ah come on buddy..surely cars stop here too..i agree people have become more aggressive and less caring now with the boom and resulting faster paced life..but more often than not people still do give way..i've grown up here and if you saw how it was not too long ago; people would never pass through if there was a car waiting to join the main road or some one wanted to cross the street..smiles, waves and dimmed headlights were the order of the day..miss that chilled out version of this place
