Phone Masts

The past year we have seen that a lot of telephone masts are being installed all over town. They installed a very high one near my house. I did not pay very much attention to it. But the past months I have seen my health go down.Headaches, sleeplessness, forgetfulness etc etc.
I went to the doctor several times, had tests done, but nothing really seems wrong. Nothing that could point to the cause.
Then I saw a program on TV about the effects of the phone masts and in particular of the Tetra Mast.
Now, good people of Doha, should we not be aware of what is happening? What are the effects to our health. What can we do about it before we get ill and have cancer or other horrible diseases that can be the result of the microwaves emmitted from these towers?
What do you think? What do you know? Let us find out together and stop the deterioration of our environment & health before it is too late.

There is no conclusive evidence that cellphone masts are not harmful. Many studies have been conducted which have shown that the radiations from cellphone masts may cause damage in the long term. The problem is that the studies are only for a short term where in order to see whether they effect or not the studies should be conducted over the life time of that subject.

Some raidation can penetrate whereas others are not able to penetrate.

I remember one study that was conducted at the University of Toronto on the effects of radiations emitted from the TV. They mesaured the radiations and said that the radiations from the TV have no effect on kids eyes. Whereas we are seeing kids as old as four with glasses. Maybe the evolution wants us with bad eye sight or maybe it is the TV?

Funny how people worry about radiation from a mast KM's away, but eat food staight out of the microwave.

If you are new here consider possible effects of higher pollution, change of diet, homesickness etc.

According to the WHO, there is no reliable evidence to link cellphone masts to commonly cited symptoms.

Personally I've heard of more lives been saved by cellphones than lost to radiation.
