If you are booked, then you are scheduled on a regular basis, they're usually arrive earlier than your preferred pick-up time, contrary to what you said. Its different when you call daily as compared to being booked on a regular basis. Anyways, you should try it.
This is KARWA and it is very difficult to get them on right time.

Hi. Call 458 8888, look for Nelson. You will have to tell him the following:
- From where to where
- What time you need it
- Frequency (daily, etc.)
- Regular taxi or limousine
Once you confirm, they will book you a designated driver. You can choose to be billed monthly or daily basis. They charge additional QR2 per (regular taxi) trip for the Call Centre charge (limousine is priced higher of course), and your car & driver is equipped with digital radio, so you can call for real-time status. They're very efficient. I know because I got this same service for my son's school transport. Relatively safe and reliable.
