Place for kids to play

Hi

We are working parents and have two kids.

Do we have any good place in Doha where we can take our kids for play? Preferably natural surrounding where they can enjoy the nature and have lots of play. Back in India our country we have lot of places for kids to walk jump play and develop normally.

Do we have anything like that in doha

 Please advice

thanks

i believe the muntaza park is closed but my friend went for a walk there 2 days back...dont know how.she said it wasnt closed....so i am confused as to where she went.

why is the landmark park closed in the afternoons...makes no sense at all.

is this playground in aspire for kids to play...or its just any playground?

beware if you come in the afternoon ... most of the time they are closed... been trying few times with my son and always close.

muntaza park used to be a good park ... but they closed it since 2 yrs ago for renovation that till now still nothing have happen yet. Typical Qatar.

Alternatively have you try the playground in aspire? they are quite good and far away from the main road. The little road between villagio and hyatt plaza, you turn right there all the way to the top. Then turn right and straight left ... you will see the play ground there.

if you know where landmark is....then at the oppsotie end of landmark is a huge family park....its called something Hamam.

its lovely and they have a place for kids to play with all the toy fixtures and there is a place for roller skates.

take a look over there.

you can see the park from the mainroad...its at the roundabout on the left before you take the straight road to reach landmark.i am bad at directions but i am sure you will find this place.

else you can always try bida park opposite corniche.

i also take my kids to wakrah beach because they love to playwith sand.

i know what you mean by kids have place to play in india. we face the same problem.....not enough of outdoor activities for kids.
