You know man, this is Doha and there is no place to go to here. Trying different restaurants can be an option here to avoid boredom. Going to the same restaurant again if you like it to try something different, trying new restaurants if you did not like those. That is how does it go :)
you can go to a lot of places and eat many different things:
1- Petra - Have two Shawerma Sandwiches, but I know that you hate that place so any other Shawerma Restaurant will do it.
2- With 10 Riyals you can have any of those Tali in Small Indian resturants, it would be enough for you and a friend two.
3- Half Chicken from Turkish Central Restaurant which is the best option so far.
4- LuLu hypermarket, you can get Pansit, Half Broasted Chicken, Burgers, Tuna or Chicken Sandwiches or Small whole chicken ... they got varieties of dishes there.
5- KFC you can got two Twister Sandwiches for 10 Riyals.
6- You can get Cup Soup Box which has 4 packs, you can spread the fun and have it with your friends in the office.
7- Filipino food is nice, but sorry to say that it is expensive and 10 Riyals would not get you any of the dishes that we both know that you like :)
