Pls advise me

Hi guys
My brother on visit visa I would like to find a job he has Kuwait heavy vehicle driving license not original color copy with laminate. I went to mroor for taking temp. License but due to not original they refused.
My question is how can I take temp. License for my brother. If I go to school it will be expensive please anybody have any advise please share

No choice but for your brother to take driving lessons and test. Photocopies of GCC driver's license are not acceptable by the Traffic Dept.
