pls, help me with Adobe PDF files..
Can somebody please help me with Adobe PDF files. I downloaded some form from some website, and have to fill it out. But the forms are created in a way that you can not type in it on the computer. Is there any way to reformat them somehow, so that I could type in these forms, instead of printing them out and filling by hand?

You can use "Camera tools " to copy the form to a excel file.Then you can fill in the form and convert it to pdf file.

Does not help answer any questions but I thought the whole purpose of having a PDF file is to protect the content from being amended. If this is the case why are theirt ways around it?

but i don't prefere this way ..especially for the font problem ..and that's y i told him/her to use the photoshop .. cuz u will write with wutever the fonts u have keeping the resolutions and the format of the original pdf file .. for me i consider it easier and better than converting..

Blackcat, i faced this same problem just a few days ago. There r several ways. First you could use Acrobat professional version to edit the file by writing on it what ever you want and save it. Another way is to use some converting software. These softwares converts PDF files to Word documents and you will be able to edit it, then. But the problem with these softwares are- it changes the fonts & converts tables borders into pictures putting it behind the text. So, to keep the documents alike the original file, you must have the font used in pdf file installed in your pc. You could find the eval version of these softwares over the net.

open it in the Adobe Photoshop .. it will be opened as Tiff format .. as a bitmap.. u can use the type tool and write over it .. or send it to my mail and the data and i can do it for u ..for free..
