Poets and Writers in Qatar
Hey people,
I am starting a facebook group soon for poets and writers in Qatar. This group will be an open group where you can showcase your writings and/or poems. So you can expect people to read and share their feelings on your pieces. As I don't have many writers and poets on my friends list...let me know here if you are interested and i wil try to post the link within a few days so you can go ahead and join.

and to PTC...you just join up and start sharing...one member has posted there but as I said...the holiday break halted most efforts...so after the season of holidays...we should expect it to pick up a bit.

who knows what this could all start.
Sounds great - we should pool efforts as there is a writers' group, the Doha Writers' Workshop, that has been meeting for two years in town for writers of all levels and styles. Check out doha_writers.livejournal.com for more information on events, etc. that we've been doing. Nothing specifically for poets though and I know there is a lot of interest.
