Poor service by toyota
I have a toyota corolla 2008 model which was done with its 5th service now. from the very first service i informed the service section that there is a problem with the brake system ...eveytime they say they will check and never rectified , and never explained the customer why it is happening, even they don't have a habit of cleaning the vehicle after the service. i always find the seats, stearing wheel, door handles are dirty after the service.
I got bad accident hey took more than 02 months to repair my car and give it back to me in worst conditon because they welded the chassis wich was already bent. While driving the car start to go on the right I have to continuously help the car to came back.I approch German coputer they told the Chassis is bent.Honda refuse to accept the decision of german computer,,, as I was not able to sell the car I made trade in with them I mean honda. The same day they contacted another client for this car with bent chassis.I'm quite sure they will just tell him that this car is maintain by honda and the guy will drive to abouhamour.. If they really improve their service I would like to know how they was before.
What is obvious about Toyota is they dont have a quality evaluation... its only when QE is not there that people at the service center can ignore people...
They have nothing where the management have an idea if the guy coming for the service is getting a raw deal.
It also shows Toyota dosent care...
There is this mob psychology...everybody is driving Toyota...so go for Toyota... Toyota knows people will keep buying irrespective of the service they give.
With Honda the service has only got better over the years...
During the last two years when all cars brands were having trouble selling their 2009 vehicles...Honda's Showrooms were buzzing with activity... Service pays in the long run :)
I agree. servicing not that great at Toyota.
a lot of india technician at toyota service center, what do you expect dude?by the way lets talk about your car.atleast they do the service to your car...jai ho!
yes Xena, even i too like toyota cars but the service makes the customer like me unhappy...among my friends the honda owners are happy with the service they receive.I agree with magesh too
see the amount of toyota cars on the road. get it divided with the no. of service centers.
do the same for some other brands.
note this law:
the quality of service will be indirectly proportional to the number you get.
on Toyota's behalf, but in saying that... have you seen how many Toyotas as opposed to the number of service garages there are?
I doubt they have time for much other than a quick oil change - I like Toyota, but due to the sheer amount of vehicles they must deal with, I won't buy one as I would never be certain they did what they were meant to just to push your car through the books.
