Is this possible?

I have a friend, he will be sent back to our country due to some sensitive issue and his visa will be cancelled. My question is, can he still go back under his father sponsorship?…I am well aware that beyond 18yrs of age, he can be allowed to father sponsorship only for 6 months…would there be any company who would be willing to accept him to work given the situation that he has to exit country every 6 month to retain father sponsorship…as being cancelled he wouldn’t be able to seek transfer to working visa…

Please give me insight on this one. Thank you very much for responses

not get the idea. What I understood from the situation, the guy is working in a place now and he got a working visa. His visa now canceled, so can his father bring him here again after 6 months and be his sponsor? What I know that he can bring him back on business visa, but again and after 18 on family visa ... it is impossible. Especially for someone who would be registered here in the immigration database with that situation.

How come? I know people working on Business Visa and they are going back every 3 months to their country and coming back after 10 days. Company is paying for Visa fees and Air Tickets but they are on no pay leave for 10 days. They also kind of like this beacaue they can go home every 3 months.

yes owen, this si how i' takign visa for my mother. she will be here for 6 months on family visit, then i will take her a business visa for the enxt three months.only problem is, she needs to exit qatar to enter in new visa. so for someone who is workign, this will nto be a good idea.

kevjoe..so you mean to say that if he works here, he will exit after 6 months right? and that he can return only after 3 months? (3 mos is long) what if he is working already?...but that would be great if he can comeback after that via business visa..:)

owen, if he exit the country after 6 months on family visit visa, we can apply for the next family visit for the same person after 3 months of his exit only. but he can come back on business visa.hope i didn't confuse u .

charan but will you think he will be allowed to work and have to exit every six months?

coz you you see, there's this rule for males that they can obtain father/family sponsorship allowed only 6 mos of stay in the country if you are over 18 years of age...so if he will be wanting to work here again, tendecy is he has to exit every 6 mos...

I believe a 5 year 'Business' visa is available for people who come to qatar on a regular basis, this is not however an RP and needs to be applied for by a Qatar company, i think there may also be rstrictions on how long you can stay for any one period

Once they cancell his working visa it will be recorded in the Database. He can not apply for a Working Visa for an another 2 years from date of cancellation. finding a job under Family Visa is no problem at all.

charan lol..let me clarify this again...he WAS working in one company under working visa..now there's a great chance that his company will cancel him due to a sensitive issue...but he intends to come back after a month under father sponsorship (6 months only)....can he get this 5 year visa you are saying..will there be any implications?...

I doubt of this selling free visa for 5 years. I heard alot of complain about it. I can't just prove by myself how true is this, since there is no 5 year visa given in the immigration. To give a benefit of the doubt, maybe they have terms to do it.
