this is a starnge question to ask here and that too in terms of wearing abaya or no abaya.... all the educational instituions mostly require their teachers to wear gowns so what bad she is doing to ask teachers to wear gowns...and now if she is capable or not.... i happened to come across that lady in teaching context n i believe she probably is too capable for a school like brightfuture, she is an extra ordinary, wonderful woman but i wonder if she can change things in that school....
My children didn't get good results this time from board exam. In BFPS results are pathetic. Because, lady principal send good qualified teacher to Pakistan. She is doing trial and error experiments with our children's future. How do we improve std of our childrens education?
I don't know anything about this school but it's interesting to see some members are lauding her/his decision to make wearing gowns mandatory for the teachers. Based on my experience in the education field, making teachers wearing gowns, wearing turbans etc are just cosmetic measures. They might make your staff 'look' professional but wouldn't do anything for the quality of education. I will be impressed if a principal improves the quality if education facilitates more trainings and learning opportunities for the teachers.

i dnt knw whether rumors or in actual i heard she asked the teachers to not wear abaya in school, and if in pakistani school u ask tht thing, thn really u r SH*T, u r not at all capable....
My two kids are studing in the BFPS. There was good experienced teachers in BFPS. After She assigned duties, she terminated lot of teachers those who are familier with parents and students. She recruted new teachers those who are not familier with lots of students.
This is not discriminate a person. Board of directers should know these things to be get a Bright Future for our kids.
Parents and pakistan community should know these things.
Well i dont think so anything wrong to ask about anything in this forum...lot of people asking so many stupid question here ... and this one is still better then those ... and i have seen all about IDEAL INDIAN SCHOOL information on QL and my self and lot of other parnets did not send there kids to IDEAL INDIAN SCHOOL..

Using a public forum to discuss a persons charector is not a right thing. Please understand the person also has to face the society. Why dont you do this investigation discretely with the parents who are associated with the school ? Why make publicity even if the person is not capable ?
mohamood, sorry you are worried about that school, but as I said, maybe you should speak to parents that actually have kids studying there, you may be able to meet them AT the school....

and capable to cover-up the body

As I saw in a picture, there's a black gown for the teachers including herself...
In that case a teacher shouldn't be allowed to wear an Abaya to replace the gown and she is absolutely correct in this regard.

No doubt...she must be capable as (I heard) she has been selected by a board and gone through a tough interview...
