We live in Q-Bel Air compound for past 3 months and we have encountered so many problems! It's realistic to expect that things cannot be perfect and that sometimes things need to be fixed, however what is unacceptable is that they are unable to do so. Every single day we have workers coming to our house to try- unsuccessfully to fix things- AC units leaking (on our new furniture!) or making too much noise, we had a flood in the kitchen from the pipes, we had another flood in the 1st floor bathroom and our ceiling was completely wet where our walls (which we painted on our own cost) are damaged and yellow now, they were fixing water pressure pump many times and it is still not working properly, they have replaced 6 washing machines (literally), dish washing machine is not working properly either, etc. It is unbearable to live here and the maintenance and the quality of things is extremely bad! We were told (or better said lied to) that it is a new compound where in fact it is from 3 years ago.

They have good facilities, however they are also not maintained properly or kept clean. Looking superficially someone can get fooled by it (we certainly did!) but after living here fore 3 months I would suggest you look somewhere else to avoid all the problems.

We wish someone gave us this advice when we were trying to find a place to move to! So take it or leave it- but you have been warned!

Never been in there, but it looks pretty drab from the outside.
