Even if my post was deleted, without any reason, i will still post here so the people will know what kind of company it is Qatar Airways!!!
MR ADMINISTRATOR i hope QATAR AIRWAYS pays you good MONEY for banning the bad comments about them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was not the only one in the airport that had a problem with them, there was a bunch of people waiting also for different problems with them....for what they pay 6 people in costumer care office if none of them is helping you...the only thing they were doing for 1 hour or more is to check for us how much it will cost us the flight...this is their trick to oblige you to buy their tickets,, and the worst thing is that they push you to do this in the worst manners: playing with your mind and asking you, do you want to catch this flight ? Do you want to get in this plane? If you want pay for me this ticket and you can go.....for God sake in which world we are living ???
I wish i can do the same, and i wish emirates will have a flight to my country :-(
It was an error..this is what they said.. Then why they didn't do an error and send me back the money that i pay on the ticket and more 1 mil $???:-)

They already suggested me to go online and make a complain. But who will lose his time from vacation to do this ?? They "compensate" me with a flight after two days after my booked flight, and with a sorry but is not enough. They ruined my vacation by their lack of will to work or to help...
The problem with QR is not that they make mistakes - all airlines do occasionally - it's that when a mistake is discovered there is no one who is authorized to correct that mistake. You tickets should have been re-issued by a supervisor (even if it meant a change in fare category.) I have not found that QR, or even most companies in Doha, empower their employees to make decisions.Mandi

Have to agree with Alexandra - I learned the hard way too. That's why I fly Emirates at any opportunity.
dearworking_mom do u have any positive experiense of complaining on such big companies in Qatar as QA? im doubt! u r free t complain 10000000 times, but it doesnt mean ur problem will be solved. on my mind - better do not waste time.

Working-mom, she did go to the customer service. Alexendra, how can a computerised system automatically cancel the booking (reference - facebook) ? In which case the money should be reimbursed to your account.

Qatar Airways keeps their employees overload with the work and less salary and the frustrated minds give same to travellers......If u come to know that how low their salaries are.u will die of heart attack....They are so cruel in taking benefits from their employeessss....
Hope they will consider your situation and you can explain to them also in a nice way. Sometimes we can't blame the staffs at the counter. Everyone must respect with each other instead:-)
@Alexandra Tarek as far as I know Qatar Airways has a Customer Care Centre Dept. which caters all the customers' complains. You can check the details in their website there is like " Tell Us " . If you missed your flights because of the mistakes of the airline you can explain to them and for sure they will compensate it. I suggest you better visit the ticketing counter of Qatar Airways Head office. Hope they will consider your concerns. If you have problems with the staffs at the ticketing counter which you had mentioned in that the staffs at the counter and you were telling that staffs were rude, I guess customer has the rights to complain? This is my humble opinion only

I' m obliged to use them because already my tickets are booked. Don't worry cause i learned my lesson with them. I just wish nobody will pass through what i passed...i'm so sure there are lot of stories out there. If you check in the archive on qatarliving you will see only 2 posts about qatar airways. Who is banning the messages???

For sure it is called difference of opinion, that's why i shared here my opinion. I' m happy that you had a good experience but im not between the ones who did... I passed through hell 2days ago...
So why do you still use them? go elsewhere.

I've travelled with various airlines but I feel Qatar Airways is the BEST!

having a billion problems with QA myself for the past 3 days..tickets r booked then not booked then booked again then fees, costs...these people r driving me insane !!!!!hope u sorted ur stuff with them Alexandra !!
