Qatar Driving Licence

hi folks,

i went to the karwa driving school yesterday for a new registration.
i really shocked. because they asked me a bunch of documents. company NOC, Computer ID, Ect..Ect..
but i made a inquiry last year but they required only 2 documents from me.its my ID Copy and Visa Copy..
my question is why they are changing their rules in a short time period.

company letter is must now to join dl classes. Ask your company / sponsor to provide one

yeah they ask me to pay 2,400 QR for the full lesson.

i went for driving registration with those kind of documents,in that my company computer id was expired since november 2011.so they couldnt allowe me to register untill i submitt renewed Computer id paper.
