Qatar National Day - Celebration on Corniche?

I know the dates are 18th and 19th, but does anyone know when the light show is scheduled? I saw all the lights and water-fountains set up on the Corniche, but haven't seen anything in the paper about when it is scheduled. I plan to be there and take some great pictures. They were playing around with it yesterday morning around 4am, and it looked really cool.
