qatari can you plz help me to upload my avetar?

It was working before but not now... I've lost my avetar as I deleted it first and tried to upload again but it gave me following error:

The selected file tmp/tmp_Wd9W0Y could not be uploaded, because the destination files/pictures/picture-5734.jpg is not properly configured.
Failed to upload the picture image; the pictures directory doesn't exist.

Please help!!

qatari, I think the server doesn't have permission to create temporary file. can you please do something or just send me an email and I can give u my avetar so u could upload it to my account??
