Qatars tel. hotline nr.for domestic violence?

According to an article in the Peninsula, the GCC is serious about tackling womens issues:

Gulf panel to tackle women’s issues

One paragraph from the article:
The diplomat said Gulf governments had already set up refuges and telephone hotlines to assist victims of domestic violence as part of national strategies to combat the scourge.

My question is: what is the Qatari hotline phone to report abuse of maids taking place in my compound. One of them is not allowed to go out, ever!, besides putting the garbage outside. Another maid doesn't get enough food and relies on other maids who give her some food from time to time. (this one is allowed to go outside).

The families these mades are working for are not Qatari's and give Qatar a bad name. So I think my action to report this cases of abuse are in line with what Alya Al Thani is striving for. Or are only Qatari women meant here?
