Am afraid you will be a bit confused since establishing a society is something that is not done regularly here.

The ministry involved is the Ministry of Civil Service and Housing. This ministry is now split between Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Social Affairs. Usually societies are authorized according to Law No. (12) issued 2004.

Wonder what information you got so far. It requires a lot of paper works to submit the application.

lol! Being a donater/sponsor doesn't entitle you to personal invites Amnesia! Lots of people support QAWS in many ways and they don't receive any preferential treatment either. All their events are advertised on QL, just keep your eyes peeled.
