I strongly believed that even QL moderators are not aware of their policies and guidelines are? if so why is it that they allow some topics that will insult a particular individual. (i.e filipina denies existence of qube)

Sorry for the poor spelling everyone, I'm writing these in a hurry.
Can't remember the post, but recently I remember someone generalising that the English all had yellow teeth. After a quick look in the mirror I wondered where that one had come from as I had never heard it before. Anyway I for one am looking forward to the British entry in the Gulf Peninsula.
I know, I truly don't mind. Most of it's funny. Except when it's really ignorant. If you are coming from some insider knowledge it can be very witty.

Mozaismyhero.. has posted such funny threads several times about many particular nationalities.. and i haven't seen anybody complaining about that or reminding Mods of the QL guidelines then.. and nobody demanded "THAT THREAD SHOULD BE LOCKED OR REMOVED!".. so why now??

NOT all finds it funny? And talking about a specific nationality is already a violation of the guidelines. I apply the golden rule here, I would never make fun of any nationality in this way. It gives wrong signal!

in my opinion, insulting other nationalities is not nice even if that is for fun purpose, in the end nobody selected his parents and his nationality, so it's not fair to offend others for fun coz its not funny.
obviously Mods are trying to do their best but i guess that it is impossible for them to satisfy all.
Please don't say anything about the MODs today, I love them :-)
