QNB Car Loan Clearance Service Appealing
I want to Share my experience on Settle down Car Loan in QNB. I went to QNB City Center Branch (where I open the Car Loan) on Wednesday (2-6-2009) and on the following day (3-6-2009), I seen from my internet banking that my current account already debited for commision, Principle and interest. That was quick, masyaAllah
but unfortunately, until today (14-6-2009 -- TWO WEEKS), I never receipt the letter for my Car Loan Clearance that initially they promised only took 3 days. I went frequently to QNB City Center to check it, but always came back with empty hand, disappointed and no clear answer for my problem from the customer service representative.
Really, I'm confused whose mistake was that. but I'm pretty sure that I'm the stupid one who choose this bank for the services from beginning.
One of the worst if not THE WORST customer care service banks in the world. Try going to the Hamad hospital branch, you would have to sit like an idiot for a while before your turn comes up. This happens even if there are no other customers there. Those ladies still have a lot to learn regarding banking and each consults the other, just like the "Blind leading the blind". No one is sure about any rules.
Does anyone have an idea about IBQ? Some of the customers seem to be happy as of now, not sure if they would go the CBQ way soon.
