I am Indian, holding Bachlore degree in Engineering with 11 years exp. Currently i am getting 22000 Dirhams in UAE as gross. I got interview from QP, soon they will be negotiating with me about my salary. My position with QP will be Civil Engineer. If any one have idea of QP salary range for this position, please advice me how much i should ask? To live there with small family--

QP do not divulge salary scales to other than those working with them (the scales).

They use a relatively complicated method of calculating the recruitment salary and generally will not move far from that figure.

Why don't you ask QP directly without wasting time here

Please search for this one in the forum 'Salary and allowances'. You will get plenty of information over there.
