QTEL 111
What a waste of time and horrible customer service. I am having internet problems since the past 2 days. No one cares to answer the phone on 111. Now my phone line is also having some problems. I callup 111 and use the option of Phone Repair, CSA gave me loads of BS and was not willing to accept my compliant. I told him my internet is out of order and he insisted that use the option 3 and inform them about my internet issue. Then he sweetly gave me a load of BS that they follow some regulations and all that crap but no help to sort out my problem. I insisted to make a complaint on my phone line he gave me yet another load of BS saying that they will take 10 days to respond. When i asked him will you deduct 10 days charge from my bill he did not have an answer. I was getting so upset i told him see i am paying on time to get your services but however your servcies are not upto mark. However he was still giving his non stop sweet load of BS and told me that they work non stop 24 hours, and yet no one answered my call since the past 2 days before i could take it anymore i hung upon him as he was also a waste of time. My life is on a standstill as there is no internet. 111 - Option 3 dont seem to answer the line at all and they claim to work for 24 hours.. Yeah Rite

BTW - Am i the only one with Internet Problem. ??
I check my ISP speed on www.speedtest.net and i get less than for what i pay for !!
I am just frustrated !!
Guys, i do agree with all of you. I've been in Qatar since 1980 and no doubt QTEL's customer service has always been WORST. Qtel is just concenterating like otherQ-companies to hire more and more Qatari personals which is not a bad move. But not giving them proper training of Products informations & the ability to resolve Customer's problems really makes Qatari residents a big headache. I really feel very much hesitant whenever i had to call QTEL for any kind of information. I better chose to search in Qtel site or QL for my answers.

As VODAFONE will soon be operating in Qatar, i hope with their international market exposure, we all will be enjoying very good customer services & very competative products as compare to QTEL

I just called them but this time i pressed "4". An agent answered, i blew my whistle at him.. poor guy...
I have been calling and calling since last thursday and nobody's answering their STUPID LINE! This is really not good service, complete waste of time and money!
Don't expect too much with CSA especially in QTEL. They are not trained enough about their job.
I Hope Vodafone has good and well trained CSA who had experiences with a Telecom and Customer Care.
But, my net got really really fast since they changed my wireless router back to the speedtouch modem! :) Unbelievable bandwidth experience. been finishing 10 movies in less than 12 hours. :D

My connection was dead from thursday afternoon till 9 am this morning....same thing kept calling ALL weekend no one answers the damn phone.....finally this morning they told its my adsl device ( which is a bunch of bull) i believe they were doing this upgrade business and took some people off the hook and FORGOT to put the internet back for us coz it wasnt only me even my neighbour who has a completely different phone number....just in case they were doing it by similar numbers.Be patient and they will put it back.
my internet was down yesterday, called 111,option 3, had to wait for about 10 minutes before i got an operator, very nice guy, told me it will be fixed in late afternoon and it was, so i have no complains about 111 service.
Yesterday it was Vodafone, today it's Q-Tel. Guys, they are only humans. Most of the managers are stupid. They buy exquisite stuff ('cause they can) and then they don't know how to use it (cause they can't). But isn't it like this with lots of other things, too?
Took 45 minutes wait to add channels to Moziac+..Even the prayer is not that long..lol
