QTEL - Can You Believe IT..!!.....

We moved our house from airport road to New MIC villas in September 2008, before we moved over there I and my friends applied for a land line in Qtel office in mesaieed. they said there will be some difficulties to provide land line, but still they'll try their best, and assured us that their services will resume soon. as per their request we even applied for a WLL line in Wakra also.

There are about 500 Villas available in our community (MIC) all are new, without cabling from Qtel, in our community our neighbouring Qatalum villas are all connected with the new wireless land line (WLL)with ADSL connection.

The problem is started later, we started to enquire in Qtel's special number 115 (most of the time no one answer in this so called customer service number) and they give lots of promises only. But unfortunately we started to note that, recently some other company's also started occupy in this NEW villas, and they started to get this WLL within a week or Month, some of them got the line even before they shifted their home.

Even today (27/04/09) some of our neighbours got the line, where they applied just 3 weeks before only. so What about us, there are almost a large numbers waitng for this facility, are we came from outer SPACE, or what is the criteria for installing a WLL in our community. where we are waiting past 9 Months without a Land line.

Do we have to see the higher management in Qtel for this, or do we have to run in and out in Qtel head office for all the days just to get a land line.

Is this is called Qtel's specialised customer service....???.
