Do they answer the "complaint mails" that are sent at customer care email id?
Really pissed off on these Buggers!
you just pay them for activation,cancellation and shifting thats it!
rest nothing they wanna do...i swear every time u call them "sir no updates in the system"..."sir wait for our call we have your mobile number"
I wish we had some other option for Telecom carrier.Why is vodafone not starting their adsl?
So sorry guys but thats the reality!
But gotta mention that few of the guys at qtel @ Villagio and city center are good and polite...i dont know about other....
Still the Customer care service sucks big time!!!
I relay not happy with your Ooredoo qatar service we have resisted a complain regarding the our Land line service and Internet Fax line service interrupted from 19th October 2016 today 05th November 2016 until now our phone line and services not fixed by your ooredoo service provider its very bad to hear every time we contact customer care they will repeat the same recording like today we will fix our service will be coming today this are the reply we are getting daily it very bad service i have seen the ooredoo qatar get Mideast best service provider award but i don't think ooredoo qatar is an best service provider it’s a wast service provider in gulf please i think you should understand my filings and i don't need to write more about the service provided find below my complain number details

Qtel sucks big time...They will never improve..Everything is so outdated..Really its a shame...
on my final day in qatar i'm going to request qtel to grant me access to youjizz.com
By standard, its under par to any telcom provider elsewhere. They would impose terms and conditions by their own means due to lack of competition (nearest is vodafone). But still then..this is Qatar. lets live with it.

I used to send them an e-mail whenever I have problems with QTel services and I am getting it fixed within two days. I am happy with the service. Try with our QL friend.

@aneehs..Qatar's hospitality is not as bad sa u think...its just they need to improve the system in most of their government departments :)

the service is crap...recently upgraded to mozaic but it keeps getting disconnected frequently every day and the ADSL goes down too ..and the connection gets stable on its own will ...very cheap and useless customer service too
Wings of Fire, I got lots of help from a good friend here... i was told to wait one to two weeks, but I got it in 3 days, it doesn't get any better than that.. :)

i really wish they had some competition in telecom field...they just always dictate their terms to customers.

i had taken tht and cancelled because of low speed.
and again cannot cancel it before 3 months,else pay for 3 months and cancel!
i was using adsl after that and now gotta shift it to new address!
and thanks to these guys...13th day no internet for me!
i am really pissed off on them ...
I can't complain... since I got my internet connected in just 3 days.. I am happy with that..

Why don't you use the broadband unlimited SIM, only Qrs.400 per month.
