Qtel - lost coverage

I've been trying to get through to Qtel for days now but their lines are overloaded. Is anyone else suffering from less GSM coverage. In the Ras Abu Aboud area there used to be a mobile radio tower that I guess they've moved for road works but with their lines being so overloaded I wonder it is a general problem.

Am I alone in this?

same with me.. for the past few days my internet connection ( Qtel Mobile Broadband ) got hell slow..but my location is in rayyan..any1 else hving same problm..
