It's free , U just contact qtel call center for enabling. It's good solution. Spam emails are sent to a folder called "junkmail" , If U want , U can check this folder using web mail " wm.qatar.net.qa"
Any way qtel email service is completely free. But most people not aware of this.

U need to subscribe for anti spam/anti virus service of qatar.net . I have subscribed and no issues at all.
register a compliant with Qtel & ask them to add spam filter to your email!!!
