well... i know all Ramadan buffets by now.. but.. where I just can go to relax after Iftar.. Are places like Bubbles/Library Bar in Ramada or Skyview in LaCigal, or Jude Caffee still open on regular hours? Do they operate in a regular way except of serving alcohol?
what about Marriott? do they serve shisha?
Please advice!

grand cafe still operate the same way during ramadan. all shisha places are open at nite. and the best u can do is hanging out in cafe with bunch of funny friends that can make you laugh. thats the best doha can offer for this ramadan.
