Saudi is a good country and the judgement is absolutely right. You can compare the facts and figure of rape cases which are taken places in Saudi and other European country. She is punished not for complaining but as she travelled with a stranger in a car. In Islam the girl should travel with a Mehram(Close relation like Father, Brother etc ) and should not travel alone.
