All the researcher is doing is putting forward a theory and asking females to be "careful" in their timing when asking for promotion, pay rises etc.

The PMS issue is an old one. How many women have used this as a "valid reason" for their actions in the past.

As per some researchers , the ruthless attitude dates back to the hunter-gatherer days when a woman had to look after herself and withhold as much as possible from rivals in order to attract men.

Female bosses will feel more competitive towards pretty women at work when their are at their most fertile

All the good Doctor is saying is that women need to consider their timing as well as how attractive their bosses are before negotiating any deal.

Study conducted is US, posted in a newspaper in India and discussed in Qatar that too on QL and that too when the story cant get any more pathetic than it is right from the word go and then contradictions in english language from people who claim to be sooooooooooooooooooooooo gooooooooooooooooooooood in it....:((( ah my 'more better'...

I had a female boss once. She had a fertility peak which lasted 2 years, maybe longer. I resigned after that so don't know.
