Rental trends up or down

there was exorbitant increase in house renatls over last year... what is the trend now... does anyone feels its will move southwards in near future... i undrstand there are large number of empty appartments in and around doha ....ARE RENTALS EXPECTED TO GO DOWN...I plan to shift in aug to doha

Sorry my friend, its day by day on the rise even inspite of empty flats because of the greediness of the landlords and real estate agents.
