Reserved a villa in Ain Khalid - Anyone else?

i have reserved a villa in a small (18 villa) compound in ain khalid near to safari hypermarket.
Has anyone else been to look at them or reserved one?! I'm keen to know who my new neighbours will be!!! :-)

a few people said about traffic, but i tried couple of times and at 6am is not so bad at all. late in afternoon is bad tho sometime.

16,000, not 16,999!

TRaffic is Horrible in that area. I won't stay there if it even QR 12,000 :(
