I want to know wha are the benefits i will get from my company. Now im running 20 months straight working in my company. Our company categorize as an establisment. On my 18 months schedule for my vacation but i didnt take due to the urgency of the site our company agreed that will give my vacation pay as well as my roundtrip ticket convert to cash but up to now still nothing happen.
I decide to render a resignation with one month notice as per contract . what are the benefits can i get from my company? If i will go to qatar labour department thus i takes time to process if incase the labour decided already?
My father is very ill so if anybody can help please give an advice.
You are entitled for th follwoing:
* 1 paid annual leave (last year)
* 1 roundtrip ticket (10% less than the actual amount).(last year)
* End of service (last basic salary per year)
As you are saying, u worked for 20 months, it's mean you are only entitled for 1 year gratuity (end of service)
