Possibly for the benefit of many members here with your background, but what would you consider to be "MUST HAVE's" in a home medical first aid kit and one for the car.

Based on obviously home emergencies (not that charmed sets the house on fire regularly with her cooking exploits), day to day travelling in a car within Doha etc and a medical kit to be in the car for trips out to the Inland Sea etc?
