Settlement Fund for Canada (bank certificate)

Hi there.. does anyone know if there's any way to get a bank letter/ proof of funds for immigration requirement to Canada without having to deposit the amount say (40,000 QAR)

No you can not have such proof without depositing the money. Also make sure if u put the money in ur account leave that for 2-3 months. As the Canadian immigration people cross check from the back later if before the interview.
