Shahry is here !!!!

I just got a message from Q-tel informing me that my post-paid GSM is now called Shahry and they have waived the called ID and call forward charges.

Wooohooo!!!!! This amounts to a total savings of..... wait for it...... QR 30 a month.

Is this going to intice anyone to stay with Q-tel and not switch over to the orange demons?

Time will tell Alpha, the message said that "your post paid GSM is now called Shahry. We have elimated the Caller ID and call forward fees for a savings of QR 30 per month!!! (Like it is a big deal).

Please check the message again and be certain. I think YOU must shift it as there are about 5 different Shahry packages, each with different terms. If QTel automatically shifts you what plan will you be on??

You can save money ONLY if you choose the correct plan and manage it properly, otherwise you can actually loose money in the end!!

BEWARE

yes, it means savings. But if you can control you calls and limit the usage of your mobile phone, it may be not an advantage to shift to Shahry! It depends on the Shahry plan you take.
