She needs a reply...
Hello all...
I'm expecting a reply from you all regarding my friends job.
One of my friends, she joined a firm almost 8months ago. She is a local hired candidate and was under her husband sponsorship. She feels that she gets less recognition for her studies and experiences.
Now she had a thought, she will remain the same in the organization until how long years it will be. No progress will be in her career..! Now she wish to resign the job. There is a word at the time of interview that NOC is possible.
If the resignation is accepted, will the company cancel the visa? or will she have to go back to her country? or does she need any other documents to stay back with her husband sponsorship?
What are the documents required to be presented to take her back to his sponsorship again??
Please suggest a solution.>!!

(Note: She was on husband's family visit visa for 6months)
In this case, I'm unable to find a solution. So please mark your voices'.
If she gets NOC then fine,then no need to exit Qatar,otherwise she has to exit and can come back in husbands sponsorship without NOC.
If She gets NOC then it is fine to find another job staying here in Qatar, if company cancel her visa then she need to go back to her Country, so just request for NOC from the present company , this is the only solution for her case.
