I appreciate what your are attempting and its very nice, maybe just tone down a little so that the highlights wont be seen as if they were artificially added.
Take the photo displayed as an example. If it was an oil painting, you would agree with me that the value of lighter shades of yellow do not match the remaining painting.
Or if it was a black and white pic, the yellow would have been considered overexposed or dodged while printing.
Just my point of view and anyway I still like your work, particularly the ocean pictures where contrast was used in a more natural finishing effect.
The 2nd HDR shot was very interesting...the weird rock patterns in the foreground, the expanse of black-turquoise waters and smokestacks in the distance.
Personally, I would tone down on the contrast, as it damages the original capture to the point that looks too unreal and artificial (too obviously touched up).
