You should go to reputed companies in Qatar for better services. namly deugro ,GAC , expiditors , Gulf Ware house, where you could expect proffectional service
Cargo companies always make excuses for the delay of your shipment. They always somehow give you the assurance that it will get there on time. Nowadays you can never expect air shipment for 7-10days of prompt delivery due to bad cargo routes and shortage of cargo manpower in big airline industries. That's why we can not fully take the blame on Cargo Forwarding Agencies because they does not have the actual control of your shipments.
