Slow DSL connection speed from QTel

Hi Everyne,
From last few days I am noticing very slow speed of DSL connection. I am not sure if anyone else is facing same situation, kindly let us know if you are facing same problem with your DSL connection.

Kindly also mention that you are using MOZAIC or not. So we can do something to solve this problem together.
Here are result of my DSL connection test;
DOWNLOAD: 161 Kbps
UPLOAD: 122 Kbps
MOZAIC: Yes

-This is slow at nights...but during the day and evenings it it amazingly fast
is those results are not accurate.best thing to do is install a bandwith monitor, download sumthing and c if the bandwith usage goes above 500 (for 512kbps),,if so.no prob

I could not connect to anysite in the last two days. This morning it was still not working, so i decided to restart my pc and modem. Fortunately after restart it is running ok, even fast. I try the dsl test and it gives me good result.
Download: 541 Kbps
Upload: 124 Kbps
Mozaic: No
I subscribe to 512kbps. This result is also surprise for me.
But when i try http://us.mcafee.com/root/speedometer/default.asp
I get only 200Kbps
The QTel infrastructure must be severely overloaded. I signed up for a 2 mbps connection and my speed varies from just a little better than dial up to somewhat less than 1 mbps. I don't know that choosing the 2mb rate is any better than the 512kps! I pay more than twice as much here for a connection that is less than one tenth of the speed I had "back home".
Cant even play online games nowadays, and each time i call Qtel, they say we are fixing servers, been almost a month now, i don't know why im paying the odd sum of money each month, dial up is faster rofl...
