In a bid to boost tourist visits, the Philippines has extended visa-free stays from the previous 21 days to 30 days for nationals of 151 countries.

Under an arrangement between Bureau of Immigration and the Department of Tourism, foreign nationals from 151 countries can enter the country without a visa, acting Immigration Chief Siegfred Mison said.

Nationals from a list of 151 countries whose nationals may enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding thirty days under Executive Order

Countries listed on the visa-free entry list include nearly all of the world’s nations except for some such as Afghanistan, Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, Jordan, Pakistan, India, Sudan, Syria, Palestine, Yemen, East Timor and 32 others — as well as stateless persons.

...You are not welcome Sirrrr..!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wondering if the Indians want to go over there to look at the islands or something else on their mind. The Indians are not known to be nature lovers or island hoppers

the list of those still needing visas is pretty standard among some other countries' visa requirements i think. and i heard they didn't change the list of visa-free countries, they just extended the number of days these people can stay.

not sure about their asean memebership status, but i'm surprised east timor still needs visas though.

Sure it's only an asian country with islands but you still need a visa to get in. If you don't want to visit because of this requirement no big deal, lots of Indians already here LOL! No visa no entry my prend!

Sri Lanka - no problem sir. The others on the list come to visit and then don't want to go back. We are still figuring out the reasons for that like if it is because of the weather, the beaches, the exotic islands or something else
