Sony Ericsson Xperia X1

Since we were talking about Nokia's upcoming phones... and all the fuss going on about Iphone, here's something that beats both Iphone and any other phone for that matter...

Ladies and gentlemen I present you the SONY ERICSSON XPERIA...

The best in features and in design.

At Mobile World Congress 2008, Sony-Ericsson has unveiled their new phone XPERIA X1. Like its competitor iPhone, Xperia also has touch screen. Manufacturers are finally starting using that, what iPhone started last year. It’s like everyone was afraid to try touch screen before Apple.

The device is driven by slightly modified Windows Mobile platform. The modification comes in terms of user interface, since you use custom XPERIA panels instead of traditional WM ones.

The device features 3-inch, 800×480 touch screen, with a slideble QWERTY keyboard. The device is also 3G HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) compliant. This basically means that it has very fast data transfer rates. So uploading your videos will be as quick as downloading them. It also has a 802.11 b/g WiFi.

Other features device has is GPS support, 3.2-megapixel camera, microSD slot.

The device should be available during the second half of 2008 in both North America and Europe.

Yea, but no gps. For me I think 3.2 Cybershot works great. who needs 5 mp,

i mean we are not doing professional photography.

It's always the small things that make big differences.
