Please FS April fools day has past :P besides the news is not practical. Think about it...just coz there will be flying cars made, its not the same as hopping in a car and driving around. Not everyone is gonna be happy to "fly" if they have fear of flying or whatever.

Flying cars are just sci fi imaginations and will never actually come into a common man's hands not anytime soon though.

So its like more accidents and double fatalities

And IF any accidents happen in Air the cars will fall on the cars runnin on road - double mishap....lols
